Each day this week, get out and enjoy the gifts of nature

Spend time this week reflecting on your positive response to those Gospel questions

Allow yourself to hear Jesus say to you, I will fulfill all your hunger and more.

To what degree do we allow Jesus’ life, his teachings and ministries of love, mercy and forgiveness infuse our lives?

We might be moved to ask Jesus to be at the table with us and feed us with his love and life.

Reflect on a time when you became aware that you were seeking Jesus …

‘What lessons in charity Jesus provides.’

‘Are we able to keep our ‘cool’ at these times?’

‘A walking stick gave me support and encouraged my walking on.’

‘Our emotions and the reactions that follow are normal experiences of our human condition.’
